Member Eligibility

Use of the icuci platform is restricted to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements set out below. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all of these requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis while using the platform.

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Holds a valid identity card or MyKad as proof of identity
• Registers voluntarily and not under compulsion from any party
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register or enforced gambling ban
• Registers from a location where the use of online gambling services is permitted

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the icuci platform. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all related accounts without prior notice.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, mobile phone number, active email address and payment account details used for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• The account password is the member's personal responsibility and must not be shared
• Members must notify icuci if they suspect unauthorised access to their account
• icuci is not responsible for losses resulting from a member sharing their own login details
• Personal information can be updated through the account profile section or by contacting customer support

Deposits & Withdrawals

icuci provides a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for users in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the minimum limits set and are processed through approved payment channels only.

Payment methods accepted by icuci include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours depending on the chosen method and verification requirements.

• All withdrawals are processed to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that require approval from the finance team
• Withdrawal requests that require additional identity verification may take longer to process
• icuci reserves the right to hold withdrawals suspected of involving fraudulent activity pending the completion of an investigation
• Any attempt at money laundering or suspicious fund transfers will be reported to the relevant authorities

Bonuses & Promotions

icuci offers various promotions to registered members. Each promotion has its own terms and validity period that must be followed in full. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of the bonus received.

The welcome bonus offered is 120% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus value before any withdrawal from the bonus funds is permitted.

• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated
• icuci reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion without prior notice if abuse is detected
• Members suspected of using promotions unfairly or systematically will be investigated and bonuses may be cancelled
• Cancelled bonus funds will not be returned, but deposited cash remains in the account

Game Rules

All games available on the icuci platform, covering slots, live casino and sports, are operated using a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified and independently audited. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed except in cases of documented technical failure.

In the event of a technical disruption, software failure or disconnection during a game session, icuci will review server records to determine the valid outcome. The outcome recorded in the icuci server will serve as the final reference in any dispute.

• The use of automated software, bots or other tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game results is a serious breach of these terms
• Winnings obtained through illegitimate means may be cancelled in full without compensation
• Disputed outcomes must be submitted to the customer support team within 72 hours of the incident

Member Conduct

icuci maintains a safe gaming environment that respects the interests of all members. As such, every member is required to behave courteously and responsibly in all interactions on this platform.

• The use of obscene language, threats or harassment towards staff or other members is prohibited
• Any attempt to hack, attack systems or disrupt the icuci infrastructure is a criminal offence
• Spreading false information about icuci on any platform is a breach that may result in legal action
• Using a username or information that impersonates another person's identity is strictly prohibited

Privacy & Data Protection

icuci takes the protection of members' personal information seriously. All data collected from members during the registration process and use of the platform is handled in accordance with the separate icuci Privacy Policy. By registering as a member, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

icuci may share certain information with third-party service providers that assist in the operation of the platform, such as payment processors and identity verification providers. These third parties are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are only given access to data required for the specified purpose.

Account Termination

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the icuci customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions and the fulfilment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

icuci reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity
• Providing false information during registration or account verification
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement

In the event of account closure due to fraud or breach of terms, all balances in the account including bonus funds and cash may be forfeited as part of icuci's enforcement procedure.

Limitation of Liability

icuci provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we continually work to ensure platform stability and availability, icuci cannot guarantee uninterrupted service free from delays or technical errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, icuci and its associated parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the icuci platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game or betting outcomes
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance or technical issues
• Data loss caused by external disruptions beyond icuci's control
• Any losses arising from the actions of third parties accessing the platform

All gambling decisions made by members are entirely the personal responsibility of the member. icuci encourages all members to gamble responsibly and to set personal limits within their accounts.

Amendment of Terms

icuci reserves the right to amend, add to or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to members via their registered email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the effective date.

Continued use of the icuci platform after any amendment takes effect is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable legal provisions under icuci's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to an independent arbitration body agreed upon by both parties.
